MyNari

Terms

Last updated: March 2026 (UK)

Plain-English summary: MyNari is a guided digital product operated by Narhurst Ltd. Paid packs are digital content delivered immediately after payment. Please read this page before buying.

1. Who these terms apply to

These terms apply when you browse MyNari, use its free guided journey, purchase a paid pack, restore access, or contact us through the site. By using MyNari, you agree to these terms.

2. What MyNari is

MyNari is a guided introduction to AI. The website helps you browse, begin, buy, and restore structured packs. Some experiences then continue on third-party platforms such as ChatGPT.

MyNari is operated by Narhurst Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17025792).

3. Using the site

  • You must use the site lawfully and must not interfere with its normal operation.
  • You must not attempt to bypass payment, entitlement, restore, or access controls.
  • You must not scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute packs or site content without permission.
  • You remain responsible for how you use outputs, notes, or advice generated through AI tools.

4. Paid packs

Paid packs are one-time digital purchases. Prices are shown at the point of purchase. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. MyNari does not store your card details.

Once payment is completed successfully, access is supplied digitally and your entitlement is recorded so the pack can be opened from MyNari and, where available, restored on another device.

5. Digital access and refunds

Paid packs are digital content supplied immediately after purchase. By completing checkout, you ask us to begin delivery straight away.

Because delivery starts immediately, refunds may be limited or unavailable once access has been provided, except where required by law. This does not affect your rights if a pack is not delivered, is materially defective, or is not as described.

If you believe a purchase failed, a pack did not unlock properly, or digital access is not working as expected, please use Contact and we will review the issue.

6. Availability and changes

We may improve, update, rename, pause, or withdraw parts of MyNari from time to time. We try to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

7. Third-party services

MyNari relies on third-party services for elements such as payments, hosting, email delivery, analytics, and AI access. Those services operate under their own terms and policies.

8. Intellectual property

The MyNari site, branding, pack structure, copy, and related materials belong to Narhurst Ltd unless stated otherwise. You may use purchased packs for your own internal or personal use, but you may not republish, resell, or distribute them as a product.

9. No professional advice

MyNari is a guided product for learning, reflection, planning, and structured thinking. It is not legal, medical, financial, or regulated professional advice.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law, MyNari is provided on an “as available” basis and Narhurst Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or packs.

11. Privacy and cookies

Please also read our Privacy page and Cookies page.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales unless another mandatory legal rule applies.

13. Contact

For support, access, or purchase issues, please use Contact. For corporate and administrative details, MyNari is operated by Narhurst Ltd.

These terms are written for clarity and launch-readiness. For regulated or sector-specific deployment, Narhurst Ltd may later publish additional commercial terms.
